Areas of Expertise

She can assist people in ensuring their legal affairs are in order, both during their lifetime and upon their death. She deals specifically with:-

  • making a will/codicil- to ensure your wishes are carried out, and your loves ones are not left with unnecessary heartache, and financial problems;
  • lasting power of attorney- to ensure that should you become unable to make decisions relating to your financial and property affairs or health and welfare, a person you trust has the authority to make decisions on your behalf;
  • tax planning- to ensure you take advantage of tax allowances enabling you to get the most out of what you pass on to your loved ones without resulting in the payment of preventable inheritance tax; and
  • probate and administration- to ensure that grant of representation is obtained, and the deceased’s estate is administered as required during what can be a really challenging time for the deceased’s loved ones.
