Funmi graduated from the University of Bristol in 2024 with an LLB (Hons) in Law before completing an internship at Leigh Day and subsequently volunteering at the University of Bristol Law Clinic.
Prior to joining EDS, Funmi worked as a No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) Caseworker at a nonprofit organisation, supporting migrant survivors of domestic abuse with complex family and immigration matters. She also completed the PDSL mediation training course and is a qualified mediator.
Funmi is currently studying the BPC with a joint LLM with hopes to pursue a career in Family Law.
