Sarah-Jane qualified as a solicitor in 1999 and joined EDS in October 2024.
Experience & Areas of Expertise
Sarah-Jane specialises in all aspects of family law matters involving children, particularly complex matters involving contact, residence, prohibited steps and specific issue orders. She has extensive experience assisting clients who need injunctive relief when they are seeking non-molestation and occupation orders to protect either themselves and/or their children. She also assists clients with all matters relating to divorce and can advise parties seeking to agree their financial arrangements following divorce, with or without the involvement of court proceedings.
Career
Following qualification, Sarah-Jane spent 5 years at a high street firm in St. Albans. She then set up her own practice in 2005 with a focus on family law. In 2020, she joined a regional firm in Hertfordshire until joining EDS.
