Sarah has been a solicitor for over forty years working across a range of areas. She is an accredited Civil and Commercial mediator. She is a trained Family and Community Mediator. She was accredited to the Law Society’s Mental Health Panel and Children Panel for over 22 years. She has over 10 years’ experience in Court of Protection work largely acting for family members and for protected parties where the litigation friend is a family member. She has 21 years’ experience in Community Care work including Judicial Review and has been a housing lawyer. She has extensive experience of working with vulnerable adults.
Sarah has been described by counsel as ‘very good’ at dealing with the difficult issues that can arise between parties in the Court of Protection. Her extensive litigation experience, and strong interpersonal skills support her work as an effective mediator.
