About
Tom joined the firm in January 2025, as a paralegal in the Litigation department at our Waterloo Office. He assists Kavita Rana across a variety of matters including:
- Contested Wills / Probate
- Commercial Disputes
- Contract Disputes
- Debt Recovery
- Property Disputes
Tom graduated from Swansea University with a degree in History in 2019. He later converted to law and completed his Master of Arts in Law and LPC at The University of Law (Guildford), receiving a commendation.
Prior to joining Edwards Duthie Shamash, Tom gaining extensive experience in Private Client, Employment and Litigation working for another firm.
