Shabaz Ahmed secures another acquittal in Murder case at Old Bailey – June 2023

Shabaz Ahmed represented SK, a 29 year old defendant accused of Murder following an incident in Gants Hill Essex where the victim was stabbed and killed. SK was one of five defendants charged with  Murder. 

Following a five week trial at the Central Criminal Court which concluded in June 2023, SK was found Not Guilty of Murder. 

Shabaz prepared SK’s defence case, along with Rashida Prescod and Sana Hamid who assisted in the case and trial preparation .
