Edwards Duthie Shamash successfully acted for a client who found that his inheritance was being stolen from him. A dishonest solicitor had passed himself off as the administrator to the estate of our client’s late mother. Our client had been oblivious to what had been going on until the dishonest solicitor tried to get him evicted from his own house. Fortunately, this dishonest enterprise was stopped by us in its tracks. An application was successfully made for the dishonest solicitor to be removed as the administrator of the estate and our client appointed to this position. The dishonest solicitor has been reported to the Police in respect of his fraudulent conduct.
