Client acquitted of attempted murder

The client was acquitted of attempted murder.  The lies to the police were admitted and there was a guilty plea to attempting to pervert the course of justice.  Notwithstanding the serious nature of this allegation, our client avoided an immediate prison sentence, the Court being persuaded to impose a suspended prison sentence.

This case was dealt with by Simon MayShaun Murphy appeared as the advocate in the Court proceedings.
