We recognise that sometimes clients choose not to apply for legal aid and prefer to instruct us privately. We offer a range of payment options, whether hourly rate or fixed fee, based on the nature of the case and the work to be undertaken. We are completely transparent about our costs and the arrangements for payment. We will also advise you as to the recovery of costs.
