Anna Ponting’s reported Family case at the Court of Appeal

Anna Ponting successfully acted for the father in public law care proceedings. Within these proceedings there was a fact – finding hearing in respect of an allegation of non-accidental injury and findings were made against the mother and father. The mother and father appealed these findings. Anna acted on behalf of the father. The Court of Appeal agreed that the appeal should be allowed, and an order was made granting the local authority leave to withdraw the proceedings.

An excellent result achieved for the client from Anna.
