Natalie Bunn was also sponsored by Edwards Duthie Shamash and successfully completed her first marathon in 6 hours 28 minutes.

Whilst running she said the crowds were such a great encouragement and they inspired her to help other runners along the way who wanted to give up.

After 18 miles of nonstop running she had to have physio on her hips but managed to carried on. For the last 800m she sprinted to the finishing line.

Her target was £2000 and with the donation from Edwards Duthie Shamash, plus other donations she raised well over the target.

Asked after finishing would she do it again, she replied “No!” with a smile on her face.

Natalie concluded “It truly was an emotional and an amazing day”.
