I am a Family Law Solicitor who has worked in all aspects of Family Law. I also have a Criminal Law background having specialised in that area for a number of years.
I qualified as a Solicitor of England & Wales in 2006. I previously specialised in Criminal Law then later combined this with Family Law. I gained Police Station Representative status in 2004. I transitioned over exclusively to specialising in Family Law from 2016.
I cover a wide range of family law matters relating to family breakdown. This includes divorce and financial settlements, separation issues, arrangements for children, Special Guardianship applications, protective injunctions around domestic abuse to name a few. I also have experience with public law Children Act cases relating to Local Authorities taking Care Proceedings in respect of children and represent clients in relation to childcare issues with Social Services.
I take a non-confrontational approach to my cases and try to negotiate and mediate whenever possible to reach a quick solution to clients’ problems. I have a proven track-record and try to get the best results for my clients.
In my spare time, I enjoying cooking, boxercise and socialising with my friends and family.
