Florence joined the firm in September 2025 as a paralegal in the Court of Protection department, assisting Melissa Law, Laura Mannering, Kris Jackson-Hughes, and Jessie Marshall on a wide range of health and welfare matters in the Court of Protection
Florence graduated from the University of Kent in July 2025, having achieved First Class Honours in her LLB Law Degree. During her degree, Florence volunteered at the University of Kent Law Clinic, where she supported solicitors by conducting legal research, interviewing clients and co-leading the clinic’s Family Law Action Group. Moreover, Florence studied an elective module entitled Medical Law and Ethics, which not only strengthened her knowledge, but also sparked her interest in issues surrounding autonomy and capacity.
