About

Morgane joined the firm in September 2023 as a paralegal in the Court of Protection department, assisting Melissa Law, Laura Dawson and Kris Jackson on a wide range of health and welfare matters in the Court of Protection.

Morgane graduated in 2021 from the University of Essex having achieved a Upper Second Class Honours in her LLB Law degree. During her degree, Morgane wrote a legal research piece comparing the protection of psychiatrically vulnerable persons under English and Norwegian law, for which she achieved a first. She graduated in July 2023 from the University of Law having achieved a Merit in her LLM Master of Law (International) degree. She specialised in International Criminal law and Human Rights, with an elective in Mental Health law.

Morgane has completed two years of a French law degree (licence), which she plans to complete in a near future. She is currently studying at the University of Law online on the LLM Legal Practice course and aspires to qualify as a solicitor under the Solicitor Qualifying Exam.

She has previous paralegal experience in probate and commercial litigation. She is native in English and French, with elementary proficiency in German and Italian. She is currently learning Norwegian.
