I would like to take this opportunity to send you some feedback on my experience of using your firm to manage the sale and purchase of the above named properties.

My mother was desperate to move near to me following the loss of my father in late 2016. Fortunately, my neighbours decided to move to Spain so an opportunity arose whereby I my mother could move next door.

We were fortunate enough to instruct Sofia Khan from your firm who undertook the work on both the sale of my mother’s property and the purchase of my neighbours.

Often when customers are dissatisfied, they will take the time to write and communicate this. I have taken the time today to write to you to highlight the exceptional work undertaken by a Sofia Khan.

This was by no means an easy transaction and had extraordinary tight deadlines for us to complete on both the sale and purchase of the properties.

I have worked with solicitors for over 30 years and in all that time I have rarely had the pleasure to meet someone with Sofia’s dedication to her work and remarkable customer care.

Sofia’s professionalism when interacting with my mother’s purchasing solicitors was outstanding, she remained calm, rational and steadfast until she obtained the responses to enquires made. Without Sofia Khan’s perseverance and industrious persistence, this sale/purchase would never have taken place.

The estate agent we used to sell my mother house phoned me on a number of occasions to communicate to myself and my mother how impressed he was with Sofia’s tenacity, professionalism and customer care. The estate agent told me that he would be recommending Sofia to his clients to the point that she would have so much work ‘she wouldn’t be able to take any holiday’.
