I would like to thank Alex Cochrane, who dealt with this sensitive matter with the utmost compassion and grace, making me feel prioritised and valued. Though my faith in humanity has been challenged many times, it is, surprisingly, easily restored by simple acts of honesty and integrity, like those of Alex who was, always, kinder than necessary.

This whole experience of making a PI claim following an accident at work I had October 2019, and which my employer admitted liability has been a long and torturous journey. Often very frustrating, and the near recovery from various medical procedures much longer than I expected. From start to finish this 3 year process has been subject to constant delays, some inevitable as medical process needed to take there appropriate course. I acknowledge we’ve had the challenges of Covid to contend with during this time, but nevertheless its been a constant battle with various medical professionals.

Everyone bar one person has proven to be inefficient. The only exception has been the service provided by Myriam, who has been excellent and who has always acted promptly and professionally providing sound advice and guidance. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Myriam’s services to anyone who might need some legal support.

The results achieved for me were excellent. Shaun Murphy was a clear winner in the nicest possible way. Well done.
