My case was moving along very slowly, almost a year had past and hardly anything had happened. I was only getting e-mails late on Friday night so I was unable to get any contact and support throughout. I had almost given up that nothing would ever happen. I must say when Myriam Musumari then took on the case I was really impressed with how quickly she got to grips with the case. She contacted me regularly through e-mail and I was always up to date with anything that had happened. Even when I was being slow on some of the paperwork Myriam sent me reminder after reminder to get the paperwork in. I was so used to the person before on the case taking ages and not hearing anything from it, I was amazed at the speed in which Myriam has worked through the case and always being friendly, approachable and professional throughout. She has also managed to secure me an amount much greater than I had ever expected so I can only send her my thanks.
