Edwards Duthie Shamash is pleased to announce that Yvonne Thavaraj has completed her PSRAS qualification, marking her accreditation as a Police Station Representative.

Yvonne is now able to represent and expertly advise clients at police stations across all types of criminal offences, playing an integral role in their defence from the earliest stage of criminal investigation.

Yvonne’s achievement complements the firm’s wider expertise, enabling it to provide effective legal and strategic guidance at one of the most critical stages of the criminal process.

Since joining Edwards Duthie Shamash Solicitors in 2025, Yvonne has undertaken significant training and gained valuable practical experience across criminal defence work under the supervision of Shabaz Ahmed, which she has applied effectively to secure favourable outcomes for clients.
