Thousands of people make successful claims every year

If you or a loved one has been involved in a road traffic accident our expert solicitors can help you recover the compensation you deserve. Every year, we handle hundreds of such claims following a road accident, and we could help you with these types of claim:

Driver/passenger vehicle claims

We can assist you in pursuing a claim if you were the driver or passenger of any vehicle involved in an accident.  We are able to help you even if you think you were to blame.  It may be that you were partly to blame, but you will still be able to claim if someone else was also partially at fault.

It is important to contact our expert road traffic accident solicitors as soon as possible.  Call us and we will give you a free initial consultation when we will let you know if you are likely to have a successful claim.

Driver/passenger motorcycle claims

Motorcyclists can be vulnerable and can be left with serious injuries if they are involved in a road collision.  Our motorbike accident solicitors have experience helping riders and passengers and can claim compensation for all injuries including the following:

  • brain and head injuries
  • spinal injuries
  • paralysis
  • amputation injuries
  • burns
  • bone fractures
  • chronic pain
  • loss of sight

We have access to specialist medical experts and experts who can provide rehabilitation to help you recover from your injuries.  Our specialist motorcycle accident solicitors know that motorcycle accidents are different to other road accidents, and they have the specialist knowledge and understanding to obtain the right result for you.

Cycling accident claims

Cycling accidents can cause serious injuries with lasting consequences.  If you have been injured in a bicycle accident, you may be entitled to compensation or to claim on behalf of a loved one who has been injured.  Injuries can take place as a result of a collision with a vehicle but they can also be due to the poor condition of a road or cycle lane.

Pedestrian accident claims

Unfortunately, thousands of collisions occur every year that result in severe and life-changing injuries.  Our specialist solicitors have experience in handling compensation claims for pedestrian accidents of all kinds.

Pedestrians are also tragically killed in collisions every year, and we can help you claim compensation following the death of a loved one.

We can assist you in making a pedestrian injury claim if you have suffered an injury including the following:

  • brain and head injuries
  • spinal injuries
  • paralysis
  • amputation injuries
  • burns
  • bone fractures
  • chronic pain
  • loss of sight
Time limits to make a claim

In most cases you must start your claim within three years of the accident.  In any event, we advise you to contact us as soon as possible.

There are some exceptions to the three year time limit that relate to children or people who lack mental capacity to make a claim themselves.

We will make sure to advise you of these time limits when you contact us for a free consultation.

Motor Insurers’ Bureau and foreign vehicles

We are also able to assist you in relation to road accidents involving foreign vehicles and also where the driver was driving an uninsured vehicle or has proved to be untraceable.
