Edwards Duthie Shamash are the solicitors that are used by The Communication Workers Union/Unionline. I recently had an accident at work which resulted in me suffering from a bad back because of an overweight bag. Natalie from the claims department was great in agreeing a liability settlement and a very reasonable amount of compensation for my injury. She always responded to my emails or phone calls which is rare in some law firms and was always polite and informative.
