‘Both solicitors that represented us on this case were extremely professional. They communicated in a way that was easy for us to understand. They listened to our questions and took time to explain the Legal process. They were prompt, attentive, compassionate, and hard working. I have no hesitation in recommending them.’
Client Testimonial
Whether it’s your first appearance in the magistrates’ court or not, a criminal prosecution is a difficult and worrying experience over which you may feel you have no control.
We have many years’ experience of representing clients in such cases and are here to guide you through the process and to bring our knowledge, skill and experience to bear, advising on and challenging the evidence, applying for bail, representing you at trial and, when necessary, advising on and representing you at sentence and thereafter on appeal.
Our aim is to achieve the best outcome for you. So, whether the charge involves shoplifting, assault, a public order act offence or any other matter for which you find yourself before the magistrates’ court, contact us on 020 8514 9000 to see if we can help.
Cash seizures and Restraint Orders: The police will sometimes seize cash from people under investigation. The money may be retained as an exhibit pending an outcome or the police may apply to the court to retain the money. We can advise and assist you in challenging a cash seizure or in respect of a restraint order in more serious cases.
