Frances Randle of this firm has served for 20 years as the Labour Party’s dedicated local government solicitor. She operates an advice and assistance service for all Labour councillors focussing on the provision of legal advice. The scheme is funded through a levy to the Association of Labour Councillors and all members of the Association of Labour Councillors are entitled to contact the firm either through the hotline number or directly by e-mail to Frances Randle. Labour councillors may also be able to receive further advice and/or representation from Frances, depending upon the nature and profile of the case.
Edwards Duthie Shamash have a keen understanding of not only the laws of local government, but the operation of local government itself, and has extensive experience in advising councillors on a diverse range of issues.
