Edwards Duthie Shamash have acted for the Labour Party since 1990.
The Labour Party has set up a service for its’ councillors providing legal advice. All members of the Association of Labour Councillors are entitled to contact the Local Government lawyer by phone post or email in the first instance through a hotline, and will receive a response to each separate query raised.
The Scheme is funded through a levy to the Association of Labour Councillors. Members may be able to receive further advice and/or representation, in exceptional circumstances depending upon the case.
