I would like to take this opportunity to send you some feedback on my experience of using your firm to manage the sale and purchase of the above named properties.

My mother was desperate to move near to me following the loss of my father in late 2016. Fortunately, my neighbours decided to move to Spain so an opportunity arose whereby I my mother could move next door.

We were fortunate enough to instruct Sofia Khan from your firm who undertook the work on both the sale of my mother’s property and the purchase of my neighbours.

Often when customers are dissatisfied, they will take the time to write and communicate this. I have taken the time today to write to you to highlight the exceptional work undertaken by a Sofia Khan.

The estate agent we used to sell my mother house phoned me on a number of occasions to communicate to myself and my mother how impressed he was with Sofia’s tenacity, professionalism and customer care.
