Morgan joined the firm in November 2024 as a paralegal in the Court of Protection department, assisting Melissa Law, Laura Mannering, Kris Jackson-Hughes, and Catrin Williams on a wide range of health and welfare matters in the Court of Protection.
Morgan graduated from the University of Reading in 2023, having achieved First Class Honours in his LLB Law Degree. He studied an elective Medical Law module in his third year, where he gained a particular interest in capacity and autonomy issues. He wrote his dissertation on the capacity safeguards within the proposed assisted dying bill, under the title ‘The Assisted Dying Bill 2021: Capacity Safeguards and Autonomy’, for which he received a first.
