About
Hatice is a Trainee Solicitor having initially joined Edwards Duthie Shamash as a paralegal in the Family Department in 2021.
Hatice graduated with a 2:1 in LLB Law (Hons) from the University of Kent in 2018 before proceeding to study the LLM (Masters in Law) in 2019 achieving a Distinction. She subsequently completed her Legal Practice Course with the MSc (Masters in Law, Business and Management) at the University of Law in 2021 obtaining a High Distinction.
Hatice is highly experienced having previously worked as a Family Paralegal in the City before joining Edwards Duthie Shamash. She has also volunteered at a domestic abuse charity offering free legal services to victims including support at the Court.
Hatice is fluent in Turkish, and often advises Turkish speaking clients.
